David E. Provencher, Jr., MD
Doctor Provencher is a board certified expert in the field of allergy & immunology. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami and his medical degree at the University of South Florida. From there he completed a 3 year internal medicine residency at the famed Lahey Clinic in Boston, Massachusetts and went on to complete his specialty fellowship training in allergy and immunology at the University of South Florida/All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL under the direction of the late, world-renowned immunologist Robert Good, MD, PhD. Doctor Provencher is a consulting specialty physician at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City. He has extensive experience treating children and adults of all ages.
Nicole, LPN
Nicole earned her nursing degree at Pasco Hernando Community College. She is a compassionate nurse and truly “goes the extra mile” for our patients. Her warm personality and caring attitude set the tone for the practice.
Star
Star received her medical assistant training at Florida Career College. She is well-versed in the various aspects of allergy practice. She is friendly, energetic, customer service oriented professionals. Star is bilingual and therefore integral to our ability to serve the growing Hispanic community.
